According to the video above it's located near the Verdigris River in Catoosa. You have to cut through a neighborhood or subdivision to get there. Those roads too were made from the old Route 66 concrete.
To get there head to Molly's Landing located at 3700 North Old Hwy 66 and continue heading North. The asphalt will turn into Portland cement and a subdivision. This is where you'll find the abandoned section.
This isn't the only abandoned strip of Route 66 in Oklahoma but it's one of the most obscure and least known.
