
Oklahoma Braces For A Stormy Week Ahead
Storm season is making a not-so-subtle return to Oklahoma this week with five days of severe weather expected. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the first full week of March have the potential to see tornadoes, wind and hail.
Most of Oklahoma is under a Slight Risk of severe weather from Tuesday through Saturday.
As of Monday, March 2, the Storm Prediction Center has issued a Slight Risk, level two of five, for various portions of Oklahoma from Tuesday through Saturday. According to the Storm Prediction Center, currently, forecast specifics remain uncertain but an extended period of severe weather is likely.

Severe weather could impact different parts of Oklahoma throughout the week.
Although specifics, such as location, timing and impacts, are unavailable, it is expected that different portions of Oklahoma will be impacted by severe weather on different days. However, some parts of Oklahoma could be impacted by severe weather multiple days this week.
Based on a graph from Meteorologist Chris Nunley, parts of Oklahoma could be impacted multiple days within the five days of severe weather. It's looking like southwest Oklahoma could be impacted the most days with chances to see severe weather on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
