A company best known for its brain training software is being fined $2 million for its allegedly deceptive advertising.

Last summer, the world was saddened by the news that legendary country star Glen Campbell was in the beginning stages of his battle with Alzheimer’s. Rather than laying low and disappearing from the music scene, Campbell announced a full-blown tour as his way to say thank you to his loyal fans throughout the years.

Since announcing his Alzheimer’s diagnosis — and his impending retirement from music — a couple of months ago, Glen Campbell has been the focus of an outpouring of goodwill and concern from fans around the world. But for now, at least, Campbell has yet to feel the effects of the incurable disease — which he discussed during a recent interview with ABC News.
