Ex-‘MythBusters’ Attempt Mind Control in Netflix ‘White Rabbit’ Clip
Fuller House isn’t the only major Netflix premiere (never not weird to say that) hitting this Friday, as three former MythBusters will bust anew in the streaming service’s White Rabbit Project. The M7 Build team will take on a few more fantastical mysteries from the internet, as the first clip sees an attempt and mind and muscle control going awry.
Entertainment Weekly brought the first clip from the December 9 release of The White Rabbit Project, in which The former MythBusters team of Kari Byron, Tory Belleci, and Grant Imahara “go down the rabbit hole on the internet” to one person’s muscle movements controlling another’s.
So reads the official synopsis:
In the Netflix series, the three head down the rabbit hole to investigate weird and wonderful events from pop culture, science and history. Under their microscope are topics as diverse as jailbreaks, superpower technology, heists and crazy world war two weapons. In each episode the hosts immerse themselves in experiments, builds and tests as they sleuth the truth behind these and other well googled themes.
It was back in 2014 that MythBusters tacked on an announcement that Bryon, Bellecy and Imahara were no longer with the series, ahead of what turned out to be the show’s final year. The Science Channel will continue the franchise as MythBusters: The Search, a new reality competition to name the replacement hosts.
