I have always loved to cook.  It's the cleaning up afterward that I despise.  Well, despise is really a strong word, let's go with dislike.  Anyway, because of the virtual shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, restaurants were not an option for my comfort food cravings, and I had to make them myself.

I'm not gonna lie, I never, ever gave grill screens or mats a thought until I lost about 4 hamburgers that slipped off of my spatula into the flames.  I was probably almost as hot as those flames, and grateful for the fact that I was cooking more burgers than I originally thought I needed.

Each grill has it's own pros and cons. Obviously charcoal takes more time but has better flavor. Propane is quick, gets the job done fast and evenly. Wood pellet has superior flavor, like charcoal it takes more time but it removes the typical charcoal and lighter fluid flavors that can be a problem with some meats.
