The Farler family of Mt. Carmel, Illinois escaped injury last weekend after their pet pig Lucky awoke them when the trailer they all live in caught fire.

Yesterday, Nancy posted a sweet video of a dad's speech to his future son-in-law as he got ready to hand over his daughter in marriage.  It was epic.

A friend shared this video with me and I want to share it with you. If you are a Dad with a daughter (or daughters) you will understand. This is such a beautiful speech. Usually the father kisses the daughter and places her hand into her husbands...

I know that I am a typical Nana, thinking that my Grand babies are so clever, or so cute, or so smart, but this time, I know that I am right on!

Our Digital Managing Editor, Aaron, has the most adorable little girl. I love to see their photos on Facebook and enjoy seeing her painting her Daddy's toenails or putting all different colored barrettes in his hair. There is nothing more adorable than a Dad and his daughter. I found several videos of Dad's and daughters having fun together and wanted to share them with you.

This brother challenged his little brother to a basketball game and a bet was made, the looser must dance in the streets and dance they did!

I always thought that being a 'Grand Mother' was going to kill me. Then came McKayla.

Tomorrow my first Grand Child, McKayla turns 4 years old. We had a little party at Chuck E.Cheese this afternoon and will have a little family dinner tomorrow.  Presents were plentiful, as were members of her family, with one exception.

I watch YouTube videos all of the time.  Some videos are so stinking funny, some are gross, some are raunchy, and yes, some are very moving.
