Time for another quick and easy recipe by our own Chef Seth. And, just in time for the colder weather set to invade Southwest Oklahoma this weekend!

San Francisco Stew is a slow cooker stew and the ingredients are so simple, even a 2 year old could remember them.

2 pounds ground beef browned and drained

2 packages of taco seasoning

2 packages of ranch dip

2 cans of corn un-drained

2 cans of red kidney beans un-drained

2 cans of Ranch Style beans

(you can even add diced tomatoes for more flavor)

Mix thoroughly and cook in crock pot for 6 hours.  Serve with crackers, corn chips or cornbread.
