I have always loved the idea of baking homemade Christmas Cookies every year.  After all, I am Jeri Christmas, Right?  The reality, though, is two fold, first, you have to literally make time to do this sort of thing, and I couldn't do it without a stand mixer.  The dough is just tougher than my weak wrists could bear.

How can two crap movies make for one epic movie?

Hard to believe in a few short weeks it'll be Halloween! Fall is officially here and the temperatures are getting cooler, soon we'll be celebrating "All Hallows' Eve." For me Halloween ranks right up there with Christmas. The decorations, candy, costumes, parties and of course horror films!

I know, i know...It's a little bit early to start talking about Christmas, but this couldn't wait. We finally have a look at the follow up to Christmas Chronicles on Netflix. The latest installment Christmas Chronicles 2 will be released in select theaters next month and on Netflix Wednesday, November 25th 2020 (11-25-20) the day before Thanksgiving.

Back in the 80's, we had tons of epic movies and villians, but nothing creeped me out quite like Tim Curry.

There is a lot of horror flicks out there for us to enjoy, but what about the kids?

Netflix just released the full list of all the new movies, shows and original content they'll make available for October 2020. Of course there will be plenty of horror as we get ready to celebrate Halloween. Plus we'll finally get to see the follow up to of one of the best horror series on Netflix "The Haunting of Hill House."

This has to be the single greatest local TV commercial ever produced in the history of all mankind! Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning in Austin, TX. has provided us a true sci-fi masterpiece with "The Toiletnator." It's a TV spot that parodies "The Terminator" movie in all it's glory and Arnold Swansinger accent. A must see for any local add connoisseur. If you're a fan of these low budget mini-movies you're sure to love this.

I'm sure by now the news of Netflix and the movie "Cuties" has reached your news feed. The controversy centers around a foreign film that Netflix licensed to be on it's streaming service. The movie tells the story of an 11 year old girl who struggles with her family's strict upbringing and her rebellion by joining a twerking teen dance crew.

It's not every day you hear the Harry Potter theme played on a washing machine and dryer.This guy is getting the most out of his stuck at home, self quarantined time during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have no idea just how long it must have taken to pull this off, but I'm sure it was hours and hours if not days.

Walmart will be hosting special drive in movies in their parking lot over the next couple of days. They're getting everything set up for tonight (09-08-20) at the Walmart on the west side located at 6301 N.W. Quannah Parker Trailway. This evening they'll be showing Spiderman: Into the Spider-verse. Gates into the parking area will open at 6:00pm and the movie will start at 7:30pm tonight.
