How Often Do You Clean Out Your Car? [POLL]

I had to loan my car to my son for a week, and before he could take it, I had to clean it out.

Well, it occurred to me that it had been QUITE awhile since the last time I had cleared the empty Diet Dr. Pepper bottles and empty cups from Stripes and various dirty cups from my kitchen.  Yep, it had been awhile.  I can't possibly be the only one who waits and extremely long amount of time between car cleanings...can I?
