Jeri Anderson’s Top 5 Favorite New Songs on KLAW

So, here's some reasoning behind my choices: My #5 song, Jake Owen, it's pretty much the only up beat song on the list. I am a ballad girl. Can't help it! And I love Jake Owen, so he makes this list just about anytime he has a new song out! Plus, who doesn't think about 'the one that got away'? We had the Lee Brice 'Hard to Love' in our KLAW Country Song Showdown a couple of weeks ago. It was really new then, but has really grown on me. Great song! I used to get teased about a Chris Young song all the time. Remember the 'Black Dress Song'? Yep, that's the one! Well, this new Chris Young song 'Neon' is so good! Love the rhyming, especially when it's so hard to rhyme with 'neon'! The Rascal Flatts song 'Come Wake Me Up' is a little harder to explain. Maybe not that hard really...it's my blue day song. Enough said. And the Number One song on my list is Hunter Hayes with 'Wanted'. What a different sound after his debut single 'Storm Warning'. And the song says what every woman wants to hear, and feel; that they are Wanted. Thank you Hunter Hayes!
