McDonald’s is Bringing Back the ‘Halloween Bucket’ Happy Meal in 2022!

They're back! Get ready for some nostalgia this Halloween thanks to McDonald's. If you haven't heard the news yet, they're bringing back the 'Halloween Bucket' Happy Meal in 2022! That's right, the 'Boo Bucket' or 'Pumpkin Pails' are coming back for a limited time and only while supplies last to participating McDonald's.

If you're a kid of the 1980s or 1990s, even the mid-2000s you probably remember the Halloween pails you'd get at McDonald's when you ordered a Happy Meal in October. Get ready to relive the 'Good Old Days' because McBoo, McGoblin, and McPumpkin are coming back this month just in time for All Hallow's Eve!

From everything we've heard so far both officially and unofficially the Halloween Happy Meal buckets will return to participating McDonald's starting Tuesday, October 18th through Monday, October 31st (10-18-22 until 10-31-22). It looks like the classic ghost, goblin, and pumpkin will be coming back for Halloween!

You'll be able to collect all three different buckets and each bucket has three different versions. There will be three versions of the ghost, the goblin or witch, and the pumpkin. So nine different Halloween pails or buckets total if what we're hearing is true. How cool is that? Looks like I'll be eating Happy Meals this month!

If you're an 80s or 90s kid get ready for the McDonald's Halloween Happy Meal bucket!

The Halloween Happy Meal bucket first came out in the mid-1980s and was around throughout the 1990s and was brought back for a limited time in the mid-2000s. It's been years since they've been available, especially the classic versions. My all-time favorite when I was a kid was the glow-in-the-dark McBoo Ghost bucket!

You can bet I'll be doing my best to collect all of them! While I have several of the different versions that have come out over the years the classic ones are the best in my opinion. I love how McDonald's is bringing back the nostalgic or "throwback" Halloween buckets instead of releasing an updated version for 2022.

They're coming back in 2022 the McDonald's Halloween 'Boo Bucket' Happy Meal!

McDonald's just released their Adult Happy Meals on Monday (10-03-22). The Catus Plant Flea Market Box is available for a limited time at participating restaurants. It includes either a Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken Nugget with fries, drink, and yes of course there's a toy! But hurry, it's only available until Sunday (10-30-22).

Now if we could only get the Halloween bucket Happy Meal with a McRib that would be the ULTIMATE COMBINATION! Be on the lookout for the return of McDonald's limited edition 'Boo Bucket' or 'Pumpkin Pail' Happy Meals starting a little later this month on (10-18-22). They should be available until Halloween 2022!
