Mickey Gilley ‘Room Full Of Roses’ K-LAW Classic [VIDEO]

Happy birthday to Mickey Gilley! He turns 77 today, and to honor that we feature his very first #1 song as the K-LAW Classic. 'Room Full Of Roses' wasn't supposed to be a hit. In fact, Mickey Gilley was not happy with the finished product at all. As he listened to it, he didn't like the fact that all he could hear was the steel guitar, with the echo just bouncing off the walls. Turns out enough people across the country liked it enough to make it his first #1 in the summer of 1974.
