New Music Releases 2017
There's no rest for the country music fan. The slate of new country albums filled up early with several slotted for winter and spring 2017 and dozens more coming later, or rumored to be coming by year's end.
We've heard new albums from Brantley Gilbert, Reba McEntire and Little Big Town. Their release dates have come and gone with at least one critically acclaimed project amongst the three. Count Lauren Alaina in that group too, and newcomer Brett Young.
Artists who've confirmed they're recording new music with an eye on a 2017 release include Brett Eldredge, Granger Smith, Tyler Farr and Kelsea Ballerini. This is the year Shania Twain will release her new album as well. Can you believe November will mark 15 years since her last album of all original material?
Chris Stapleton, Zac Brown Band, Rascal Flatts and Lady Antebellum are four more country superstars who have released new albums in 2017. We're also looking forward to rumored projects from Thomas Rhett and Sam Hunt! It's always a good year when we hear new music from either one on the radio.
