Oklahoma Ranks #3 in the Top 10 ‘Unluckiest States’ List
As Clint Eastwood said in Dirty Harry: "You've got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya' punk?" Oklahoma could sure use a little luck of the Irish this St. Patrick's Day. A survey from Zippa.com ranks Oklahoma as one of the unluckiest states in the U.S. As a matter of fact, it's number 3 in the top 10 list.

The survey ranks all 50 states and how they compare when it comes to pure dumb luck. The top and bottom of the list may surprise you. So exactly how does one rank each state by how lucky or unlucky they are? The Zippa.com Survey used all kinds of factors to determine just how lucky or unlucky each state is.
Oklahoma was ranked at #3 in the top 10 list of the unluckiest states in the Nation
It included how likely you are to win the lottery and unemployment rates. The average life expectancy, job opportunities, the average individual income of citizens, car and weather fatalities, and the overall healthiness of the state. As it turns out Oklahoma could use some luck, more like a lot of luck. Only Alabama and Mississippi were considered more unlucky than us. See all the results and check out the map!
OKLAHOMA COULD USE A LITTLE LUCK THIS ST. PATRICK'S DAY!
I guess some places, maybe even states, really are luckier than others. Most of us, even if we don't want to admit it, have a lucky something. You know a lucky shirt, coin, rock, or charm, something you wear or carry that brings you good luck. We might want to double up on these items and hope our luck changes n the very near future.
