These Are the Oklahoma Stores Participating In Record Store Day This Saturday

One of the best days of the year for vinyl collectors is Record Store Day. This year, Record Store Day will take place Saturday, April 12, and 12 record stores in Oklahoma will be participating in Record Store Day.

On Record Store Day, artists release limited edition vinyl, CDs, cassettes and other promotional items that can only be purchased at local record stores that participate in Record Store Day. These releases are often limited and some local record stores may only get a few copies of each of edition, so most record stores will see long lines before the doors open.

There are no online sales on Record Store Day. If there are any editions left over, record stores can post sales online the Monday after Record Store Day. But to almost guarantee that you get the Record Store Day release you want, you'll need to get ready to be at a participating record store on Saturday, April 12.
