Should the 2017 Texas Legislature Ban Texting While Driving? [POLL]

For the fourth time, State Rep. Tom Craddick of Midland will attempt to ban texting while driving.

The legislature will convene on January 12, and that week is the first that lawmakers can file bills.

Craddick's bill, HB 62, would ban adults from using their phones while driving. Those under the age of 18 are already banned from using wireless devices while driving.
