Wille Nelson Wild Horses
Willie Nelson has spoken out about the government's round-up of wild horses.
Now, he's singing about it. He and his family have recorded a cover of the Rolling Stones song, "Wild Horses."
The Animal Welfare Institute says Nelson and his family are donating the proceeds from the sale of the song to AWI's campaigns on behalf of wild and domestic horses.
They quote Nelson as saying "it's time for the cowboys to stand up for the horses." The song can accessed at www.awionline.org/willienelson.
