‘Catch of the Day’ – Tim McGraw & Faith Hill – “Rest Of Our Life” [VIDEO]

Today we turn our attention to brand new music from the reigning royal couple of country music. A duo whose 2006 World Tour was one of the top-10 grossing tours of all time, all genres.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill got it backwards. She's from Mississippi and he's from Louisiana. But other than reversing the lyrics of a classic Loretta Lynn/Conway Twitty hit, they seem to have done everything else right. The pair met when Hill was signed to be the opening act on McGraw's 1996 Spontaneous Combustion tour, maybe the most appropriately named tour in country music history. It wouldn't take long for the sparks to fly both personally and professionally, as the pair was married in October of 1996, and their first collaboration, "It's Your Love", was released in May of the following year.

McGraw & Hill's relationship has produced more than just 7 top-20 hits and three #1 singles. They have raised three daughters (Gracie - 20, Maggie - 19, Audrey - 16) and are consistently "beating the odds" keeping a strong marriage and family life while also balancing strong careers, which has seen them both branch out into acting. Their 2006 Soul2Soul II tour is one of the top-10 grossing tours of all time, regardless of genre, while their 2017 Soul2Soul 2017 continues to sell out arenas wherever they play, and its totals are already projected to surpass the 2006 tour by the time it raps up in 2018.

All this, and there is one thing Tim & Faith hadn't done together --- an album! The pair recently announced that their long-awaited duets album would be released on November 17th. The album's lead single, "Speak To A Girl" peaked at #17 on the country singles chart, and we have the follow-up in our spotlight today.
