This year has flown by, at least for me any way. It's hard to believe, but Fall will be here before you know it, which means Halloween is on the way! The City of Lawton just announced the "Trick or Treating" hours for 2021. Halloween falls on a Sunday this year so the City of Lawton will be observing "All Hallow's Eve" the day before on Saturday, October 30th (10-30-21) from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

In my honest, humble, non-bias opinion Halloween is right up there with Christmas when it comes to favorite holidays. The family and I have as many traditions for Halloween as we do for Christmas. There's must see movies, parties, food and other activities that we do each and every year. If not, it's just not the same.

It's perfect that the City of Lawton will be doing "Trick or Treating" on Saturday instead of Sunday. This way all the kids and families can really enjoy Halloween and not have to rush home to get to bed for school and work the next day. Plus, by doing it like this we get two days to celebrate Halloween!

There's already Halloween costumes, candy and decorations on store shelves in Lawton, Fort Sill. It seems it gets put out earlier and earlier every year. Walmart and Sam's Club has a ton of stuff out already. I don't know about you but I've already gone through a few bags of candy and will be in a constant state of restocking until Halloween.
