It was apparent early on that BG Nation was going to come out en masse for last weeks Country Song Showdown, at the video for Brantley Gilbert's latest single, "The Weekend" dominated all week long in its bout against the latest video from Thomas Rhett "Star of the Show". Brantley may have set an all time record, as his latest video garnered 96.3% of the vote compared to just 3.7% for Thomas Rhett and his latest.

And we had to round Thomas' score up to get it there.

This weekend we are hoping to get a much closer battle, as we jerk at the heart strings with the latest videos from Chris Young and Brad Paisley going toe-to-toe in our Country Song Showdown. It's CY and "Sober Saturday Night" taking on one half of the CMA hosting duo and "Today". So, watch both videos and cast your vote in our Country Song Showdown. Voting is limited to once daily, and a winner will be crowned at the close of this week's contest at noon on Monday, January 23rd.
