Today's Saturday K-LAW Classic takes us back 28 years ago today - November 16th, 1984. It's from a group that started as a rock and roll band, formed by high school students in Kentucky way back in 1963. J.P. Pennington, writer of this song and lead singer of the group, was one of those high school students. The group was called The Exiles. That was shortened to Exile in 1973. They would find success on the pop chart in 1978 with 'Kiss You All Over'. In 1983 they re-established themselves as a country band, hitting the #1 spot on the country chart ten times between 1984 and 1990. This was their third chart-topper. From Exile, it's 'Give Me One More Chance'.
