Is This Song Saying ‘Bill’, ‘Pail’, or ‘Mayo’?

In the truest form of conditional hearing, I still can't determine what it being said.

The lady-friend did not think it was funny at all when I explained how this is how we communicate. Doesn't matter what I say, she hears different.
