For the last several years, I have had the honor of hosting our family's Thanksgiving.

Last year for the first time, I brined my turkey.  I was astonished by how tender and juicy it made my big bird. Then, today, I found out that I could have made my turkey even juicier if I had carved it the right way!  Who knew!
