So last month, Walmart announced that it would be hosting a drive in movie night at select stores around the country. Turns out, that has been such a successful event for the retail giant, they've added more stores to the growing list, and Lawton landed two movie events.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, September 8th and 9th, Walmart will toss a blockbuster movie up on their wall and share a pretty cool event with the community. It hasn't been announced just yet which movies we'll be watching, but here's the short list of what they're planning on playing nationwide.

Wonder Woman
Spy Kids
Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse
Black Panther
Space Jam
Ghostbusters
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
The Wizard of Oz
Friday Night Lights

Like with most things that sound too good to be true, there is a slight little catch... You'll need tickets to attend and enjoy one of the drive-inn movie nights.... but the silver lining is, tickets are completely free. You just have to request them on the official Walmart Drive In website.

It'll work just like drive in movies still work today. You'll see the picture projected on a prepared screen. You'll listen to it over your radio, so you'll either need to use your cars radio or bring a battery powered one. You can bring as many people as you can fit in your car. Masks will be required anytime you step out of your vehicle, and they ask that you don't bring alcohol since you'll be driving away the moment the movie ends.

More details will come later as far as which Walmart is hosting this and which movie(s) they'll be showing. Yes, it's a Tuesday and Wednesday, but what else do you have to do?
