Looks Like N.W. Cache Road in Lawton is Getting a New Store or Restaurant
If you've been down N.W. Cache Road in Lawton lately you may have seen all the construction going on right next door to the Westside Backporch Drafthouse at 5370 N.W. Cache Road and the Goodyear Auto Service center. At one time I want to say it was a cellphone place or something like that. Looks like they're remodeling it for a new business. Not too sure right now what it will be, but something will be opening soon.
It's been an exciting week in Lawton, Fort Sill. We now have a new restaurant that just opened up called Phillyhoma at 1508 W. Gore Blvd. in the old Crockett's BBQ building. Then it was announced that the Westside Backporch Drafthouse will be moving to the old Santa Fe Cattle Company location at 7405 N.W. Cache Road. You can click here for details on the new Phillyhoma restaurant and get more information on the Backporch moving by clicking here. There's a lot of construction and remodeling going on right now.
So do you know what's going in at this location? If so and you're able to let the cat out of the bag, send me an email: critter@townsquaremedia.com. So what do you want the new business to be? You can also email me that. I know I have a long list of different stores and restaurants I'd like to see open up in Lawton. I'm still impatiently waiting for someone, hell anyone to open a Taco Casa, or how about an In-N-Out Burger.
Along with everything else mentioned we also have a new indoor range that will be built here in town near the corner of 38th and Lee Blvd. by Ares State Armory. The new and improved Farmers Market in downtown Lawton is almost finished and there are even rumors of Chick-Fil-A building a new restaurant on the Eastside. We have a lot to look forward to and it's great to see our local businesses growing, expanding along with new companies moving to town, and opening up in Lawton, Fort Sill. Wonder what's opening up next?
