It has been a relatively quiet November for tornadoes in Oklahoma, especially compared to last year's historic event. The month is almost up, and so far the state hasn't seen any confirmed tornadoes.

However, Carmen, Oklahoma, experienced a brief spin up on Monday, Nov. 24. According to KOCO Chief Meteorologist Damon Lane, a low pressure system that was pulling away caused enough spin to produce a weak tornado.

As of Tuesday, Nov. 25, the National Weather Service in Norman has not recorded Monday's tornado in Carmen on the 2025 tornado list. And no injuries or damage have been reported.
