Shall We Take a Run? Week 3 of Breaking in New Shoes! [SPONSORED]

Thank goodness it has been too cold to even try to run!  I am not ready!  Well, my body may not be ready, but my feet are getting there!

With my new Brooks shoes and inserts from Optimum Foot Care, I am on the road to my next 5K.  It has taken a little bit of time to break in the inserts and to learn how it feels to walk in balance again. Now that the weather is beginning to cooperate, I am ready to start training for my next 5K.
