Every few months, Texoma's 'I So Pale' girl pops up in my newsfeed. If you're not familiar with her, she pulled off one of the greatest fail and recovery in the broadcast business.

The name of this hilarious pro is Erin Conrad. A Kansas girl who at the time was relatively new to broadcasting. She landed her first news job at Texoma's KTEN in Dennison, Tx. This is the station where she would hone her craft, make mistakes, and learn how to elegantly recover. Ironically, she did all of that in this one clip.

Like we all know, even the most stern and serious broadcasters let loose when the mics and cameras are off. It's human nature. As you can see in Erin's eyes, a full mix of emotions across a few split seconds. They feel like forever, but like an old pro, she recomposes and soars.

The funniest part of this clip might be her colleagues reaction. Fighting back the urge to let loose her own roar of hilarity.

As four years have passed since this little bit of internet gold was posted, Erin has since moved on to bigger and better things. She has a coveted position on the anchor desk at Tulsa's News 6. While time will continue to slip, the web will never forget the hilarity that was 'I so pale.'
