Does Your Family Have Special Dinner Table Rules? [POLL]

When I was growing up, we sat at our dinner table each evening and ate as a family.  Times have changed for sure, and many families are on the go so much that a family dinner is a rarity, not an everyday occurrence.

There is a new distraction from even those rare dinners...technology.  I saw a recent survey that said that 18% of parents allow their children to use technology at the dinner table.  I have to admit that I am guilty of that as well.  And even in the most special family times, my phone is never far away.

What about you?  Do you allow technology to rob your family time?  What kind of dinner table rules did you have when you were growing up?
