Today's the day. Farmers Insurance Angela Shertle invites to to "A Time to Honor" today from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the Taymor Plaza located at 44th Street and Gore Blvd next to the Wolf Creek Medical Center. The event is in recognition and thanks to all of our service men and women here and abroad. A thank you to our military personnel for all you've done and continue to do for us. We can't thank and recognize you enough!

If you're active duty, reserve or retired military they'd love for you to stop by and be a part of "A Time to Honor." Everyone is welcome to attend, the more the merrier. Come out for food, live music and there's even going to be a mini car and bike show too! Today is all about getting together as a community, taking a short break and showing our appreciation to our service men, women and families for everything they do.

To find out more about how has the price of gas changed throughout the years, Stacker ran the numbers on the cost of a gallon of gasoline for each of the last 84 years. Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
