If you've been down Cache Road recently near the intersection of Sheridan and Cache the 2300 block across from Rib Crib I'm sure you've seen all the construction going on. Chick-fil-A is rebuilding their Cache Road location. It's going quick and in no time we'll be back in the drive thru or dinning in. The new and improved Chick-fil-A is going to be awesome with more parking and a larger dinning facility. It's the wait that's getting to me and everyone else.

Every day they're making progress and to be honest it's going up a lot quicker than I thought it would. It's only been a few weeks ago that they knocked the old building down and ripped up the parking lot. They purchased some additional land to increase the over all size of the new Chick-fil-A and the parking lot. Hopefully it will help with the back up of cars pulling in and trying to make it through the drive thru or park. In the past you had to get in line in the neighborhood and at times it could be near impossible to get in or out due to traffic and the way it was set up.

I'll be glad once they're all done and opened back up. Going to the Central Mall has been crazy, especially during regular lunch or dinner hours. The entire West side parking lot is nothing but rows and rows of cars ordering and picking up food. Having the other location on Cache road back open will be fantastic, we need 2 Chick-fil-A locations for sure. Now if we could con them into building like 2 or 3 more that would be ideal!
