What you're looking at is an Oklahoma City police officer flipping the bird to a Sooner State motorcyclist. While the video flies fast, any motorcycle aficionado can tell you exactly what transpired just before the viral clip starts... There was some sort of driving incident with a car, and the biker is asking the officer to go after them in his defense. It could be that a driver cut him off or merged into his lane without seeing the motorcycle at all. The immediate response of this officer is to casually and instinctively flip the bird over to this motorcyclist. We've all had days where we just couldn't. Moments when we reach the end of the proverbial rope. No more energy, just done with the day... That's what I see anyway. This. Is. Hilariously. Awesome. Unfortunately, this isn't going over very well at all in OKC. To tell you the total truth, this video does more to normalize and humanize police than any amount of community outreach departments across the country have done in the last forty years.
