Each Recyclops member will have a different last pickup date with the current franchisee, and the letter indicated that there currently isn't a new franchisee taking over.

Recyclops is a membership-based recycling program that began operating in Lawton in 2021, and allows members to put recycling at the curb to be picked up every other week. The current franchisees, Nathan and Diana Watts, took over the franchise three years ago, and stated in the letter to current members that they would not be renewing the franchise contract due to family matters.

Recyclops is currently looking for a new franchisee in Lawton.

The letter stated that the Watts have been actively looking for someone in Lawton to take over the Recyclops franchise locally, but have not had any luck. Currently, the Recyclops corporate office out of Utah is searching for a new franchisee in Lawton.
