With the rainy day forecasts this week, we thought you'd like a simple meal that hearty and quick, Tator Tot Casserole.

Watch as Chef Seth puts together a great meal in under an hour.

Here's the recipe:

Tator Tot Casserole

1 lb. ground beer drained

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1 medium bag of tator tots

Brown your ground beef, drain fat.  Add the soups to the meat until well blended.  Transfer the meat/soup mixture to a casserole dish, top with 2 cups of cheese and arrange tator tots on top.  Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the tator tots are brown and crispy and liquid is bubbly.  Serve with vegetable of your choice.
