Starbucks On The West Side Will Be Opening Very Soon!

If it's been awhile since you've been on the west side of Lawton the new Starbucks is close to be completed. It won't be long now before you'll be able to stop in or drive thru for all your favorite drinks and treats. The new Starbucks is located on 82nd street in front of Target next door to McDonalds.

Starbucks will be in one of the suites inside the newest shopping center that's being built on 82nd street. They'll be in the first suite, still waiting to see what else will be moving in and opening up in the other suites. It's nice to see more and more businesses coming to town and hopefully COVID-19 won't slow or stop them.

I'm not sure if this new location on 82nd street will replace the one on Cache Road in front of Home Depot, or if both locations will be up and running. Plus there's already a Starbucks inside of Target, pretty sure that one will be closing, but who knows. Stranger things have happened, I mean Starbucks was once the fastest growing company around with stores opening up everywhere and it seems on every block. I bet there's a Starbucks inside a Starbucks somewhere. If not there will be one day.

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks, I'm a HUGE coffee drinker but I like regular old black coffee, Folders is my favorite. Well my everyday favorite, my absolute favorite is yellow can Cafe Du Monde with chicory. Now that's a great cup of coffee. If you've never tried it you're definitely missing out, especially if you're a fan of straight black, dark roast bold blends. It's amazing, even better with a beignet.

The only thing better than that is actually being in New Orleans sitting at Cafe Du Monde when they bring it all out hot and fresh. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
