Polls For General Election Voting Will Close at 7 p.m. Today in Oklahoma
Today is Election Day in the United States, and voters in Oklahoma can cast their ballots for the General Election at their designated polling place until 7 p.m. No matter what state, today is the last opportunity for people to cast their ballots in the General Election.
Oklahomans have had many opportunities to cast their ballots before Election Day. Early voting in Oklahoma took place Oct. 30 through Nov. 2. According to the Oklahoma State Election Board, over 200,000 Oklahomans cast their votes during early voting.
Mailed absentee ballots must be delivered by 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5.
For Oklahomans who requested and received a mailed absentee ballot, their completed ballots must be received by their County Election Board no later than 7 p.m. on election night.
Polls in Oklahoma are open till 7 p.m. on Election Day.
Voters who did not take part in early voting or request an absentee ballot, can vote in-person at their designated polling place on Election Day in Oklahoma. Polls opened at 7 a.m. today and will remain open till 7 p.m.
If you do not know where your polling place is, you can locate it on the Oklahoma Voter Portal.
If you are in line when the polls close at 7 p.m. in Oklahoma, you can still vote.
Long lines are expected at polling places on Election Day. If Oklahoma voters are in line as the polls close at 7 p.m. they may remain in line and move forward with voting.

More than just the opportunity to vote in the United States Presidential Election will be on the ballot in Oklahoma. Before heading to the polls, Oklahomans can view their sample ballot to see what all they will be voting on.
All Oklahoma registered voters can view their sample ballot online the Oklahoma Voter Portal. Sample ballots will also be posted inside polling places for voters to review before voting.
